Kandy and Mike’s Wedding – A Family Affair Full of Meaning and Memories

On Saturday 31st May, we had the honour of being part of a truly heartfelt wedding as Kandy tied the knot with Mike at the beautiful St Peter & St Paul’s Church in Swanscombe. This wasn’t just any church, it was the same one where Kandy’s mum and dad were married, making it a day filled with touching family history and sentimental moments.

Kandy looked stunning in her wedding dress, made even more special by wearing her mother’s wedding veil – a lovely tribute and a nod to tradition that had everyone a little misty eyed.

Kandy’s lovely mum Molly booked the car as a surprise for her daughter as Kandy thought she would be walking or getting a taxi to he church which was a few minutes away. Molly chose our Ruby package and opted for the additional extra of personalised ribbons which made for a lovely keepsake for the newlyweds upon our parting company.

After the emotional ceremony and some beautiful photographs outside the church, we chauffeured the newlyweds in our elegant Rolls-Royce to their reception at The Inn on the Lake in Gravesend. The sun shone down on the celebrations, and it was clear how much love surrounded the couple from close family to excited friends, everyone was there to make the day unforgettable.

We couldn’t help but smile at the bridesmaids’ choice of transport which was a cute pink taxi that added a playful touch to the day and had guests snapping plenty of pictures!
